Chief Electoral Officer Maneesh Garg, along with the team of Himachal Pradesh Chief Electoral Office called on Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar at Raj Bhavan, today. The CEO presented a copy of notification regarding the list of elected members in Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Election to the Governor.
On the occasion, the Governor congratulated the Election Department for completing the process of assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh in a smooth and peaceful manner. He said that it was very difficult to reach the election material to the designated place in the State having difficult geographical conditions. He also congratulated all the employees deployed in the election process and said that this was the reason why people’s confidence has increased in the election process.
On the occasion, the CEO detailed and shared data related to the election with the Governor.
