CM presented cheque of Rs. 21,05,823 by Agriculture Minister

Agriculture Minister Virender Kanwar presented a cheque of Rs. 21,05,823 to Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur  on behalf of Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC), Shimla and Kinnaur on account for compensation of damage caused due to landslides to the horticulturists, farmers in fruit Mandi Bhatta-Kuffar, Shimla on 20th July, 2020.

Chief Minister said that the State Government had always taken care of the horticulturist and farmers and provided suitable compensation to them in the event of natural calamities.

Chairman, Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC), Shimla and Kinnaur Naresh Sharma, Chairman H.P. Marketing Board Baldev Bhandari, Deputy Commissioner Shimla Aditya Negi, Managing Director APMC Naresh Thakur and other senior officers were present on the occasion.
