Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur offered floral tribute to India’s first woman Prime Minister late Smt. Indira Gandhi on her 102nd birth anniversary on her statue at the historic Ridge,here today.
Member of Legislative Assembly Karsog Hira Lal, Mayor, Shimla Municipal Corporation Kusum Sadret, Deputy Mayor Rakesh Sharma, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Pankaj Rai, Councillors and senior civil and police officers were also present on the occasion besides the school children.
Patriotic songs were also recited by artists of Information and Public Relations Department on the occasion.
