 Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today conferred Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar on his birth anniversary, paid floral tributes at his statue at Ambedkar Chowk, Shimla. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution of India, contributed to promote harmony, harmony and harmony.
