Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has congratulated President of India Ram Nath Kovind on his 76th birthday. In his message to the President, Chief Minister wished him many happy returns of the day. He said that the role of the President in empowering the poor and down trodden of the society was immense and his simplicity and high ethics would remain source of inspiration for the people. Jai Ram Thakur wished the President a long and healthy life and said that Nation would benefit from his vast experiences.
