Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur provides financial assistance of rupees one lakh to Damyanti Verma of village Farnever in Tehsil Sunni of district Shimla, in view of the economically weak condition of her family.

While informing Chief Minister of her financial condition, Damyanti Verma said that the sole bread earner of the family, her husband passed away in the year 2020, due to which the responsibility of her two children and old in-laws was on her shoulders and there is no source of livelihood.

Upon knowing the financial condition of Damyanti Verma, Chief Minister immediately sanctioned rupees one lakh and also directed the officers to provide the benefit of Medha Protsahan Yojna to the daughter of Damyanti Verma, who scored above 95 percent in 12th standard for preparation of NEET.
