Applications for Haj invited

A Spokesperson of the State Government informed here today that the Haj Committee of India has announced action plan for Haj-1442 (H)-2021 (C.E.). The Haj Committee of India has fixed the last date for submission of the complete Haj Application form through online portal till 10th December, 2020. The Haj Application Form are available on the website www.hajcommittee.gov.in Haj Committee of India.

                 The Spokesperson said that Chief Executive Officer Haj Committee of India has intimate that Haj-2021 will take place under special circumstances with special norms, rules & regulations, eligibility criteria, age restrictions, health & fitness requirements and other relevant conditions as Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may impose as and when they feel appropriate amid Coronavirus Pandemic.

                   He said that Ministry of Minority has also desired that dates mentioned in the action Plan be adhered to by the State Haj Committee and all other agencies involved in Haj Management as any delay in calendar of the activities may hampers the overall Haj Management. It is hoped that all agencies involved will endeavour to work in a time-bound manner to provide better services to Haj pilgrims and make Haj-2021 a success.
