Chief Electoral Officer C. Paulrasu informed here today that the Election Commission of India in consultation with Government of Himachal Pradesh has designated Secretary, HP Vidhan Sabha Yash Paul Sharma as Returning Officer and appointed HP Vidhan Sabha Deputy Secretary (Legislation) Sanjeev Gupta as Assistant Returning Officer for election to be held of a Member to the Council of States by the elected members of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly.
