A Spokesperson of the State Government informed here today that 30th October, 2021 has been declared as a special paid holiday only for the registered voters of Ellenabad Assembly Constituency of Haryana, serving or employed in Himachal Pradesh in case poll is held on account of Bye-election to Ellenabad Assembly Constituency of Haryana. The above Holiday will also be a special paid holiday to the daily waged employees
It is, however, clarified that special casual leave/special paid holiday may be given to those employees of Haryana State who are working in Himachal Pradesh and have a right to vote in Ellenabad Assembly Constituency of Haryana on the production of certificate from the concerned Presiding Officer that the employees has actually cast his/her vote.
