The Association of newly elected MLAs of the State met Chief Minister, Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and greeted him on his birthday.
President of Association, Kewal Singh Pathania said that the Chief Minister and present State Government is determined for balanced and equitable progress of all the constituencies and would leave no stone unturned to ensure the growth and prosperity of the State.
Sh. Pathania said that the members of the association have appreciated Chief Minister and the State Government for various decisions taken for the betterment and growth of people of the State in its very first Budget.
He said that Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu himself belongs from a poor family background and is well aware of the problems and needs of the common people. He is working dedicatedly for the welfare of all sections of the society and it was due to his struggle and hard work today the people of State has entrusted the responsibility of state into his hand.
He expressed confidence that he would get all possible cooperation from the Chief Minister to solve the problems of the newly elected MLAs.
On the occasion the Association apprised the Chief Minister about various issues and problems being faced by the newly elected MLAs and the Chief Minister have assured all possible help and cooperation to the Association.
