The state government has provided last opportunity for regularization of encroachments made by Bhakhra dam oustees in new Bilaspur Township under a special policy as per the orders of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh.
As per Deputy Commissioner of Bilaspur, the Revenue department has provided last opportunity to all the stakeholders to submit applications till 30 November, 2019. All original uustees/allottees and their legal heirs (whom plots have been allotted being Bhakhra dam oustees), beneficiaries and subsequent purchasers etc. who have made encroachment/illegal construction in Bilaspur township, can submit application on prescribed proforma to the Additional District Magistrate Bilaspur till 30 November.
He said that the prescribed proforma can be obtained from the office of Sub Divisional Officer Sadar/Tehsildar Sadar/Executive Officer Municipal Council Bilaspur and Patwar Circle main market and Diara (Bilaspur) on any working day between 10 AM to 5 PM.
He said that this would be last opportunity and no further extension will be given. He added that those who have applied earlier under above said policy need not to apply again.
