Holistic & Balanced Budget – CII
CII has appreciated the maidan budget presented by Sh Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh today. “Hon’ble Chief Minister has presented a balanced budget with a special emphasis on Making Himachal, Green, with better healthcare, employment generation and Investment promotion.
“Announcement of Bureau of investment promotion and New Industrial Policy is a welcome step for attracting investment to the state. This will give real time ease of doing business as it will expediate the investment projects in the state” Mr Gagan Kapoor, Chairman, CII Himachal Pradesh.
This Budget has laid a strong foundation for Making Himachal Pradesh the first green energy state of the nation by 2026. Announcement of subsidy for EV purchase is the right step in the that direction, Mr Kapoor further added.
“Budget has clearly outlined the focus on improving health care infrastructure, increasing farmers’ income, social security, and welfare schemes for the vulnerable sections of the society said Mr Navesh Narula, Vice Chairman, CII Himachal Pradesh.
