Governor Bandaru Dattatraya paid floral tributes to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Co-founder of Bharatiya Jana Sangh on his death anniversary at Raj Bhavan, today and recalled his efforts to uplift the weaker sections of the society.
He described Upadhyay as a visionary, a great intellectual and an inspiring personality who worked relentlessly for upliftment of people at the grass-root level.
