Governor Bandaru Dattatraya and Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur have expressed grief over the sad demise of MLA and former Minister Sujan Singh Pathania, who passed away at his native place in Fatehpur tehsil of Kangra district today. He was 78.
In his condolence message, the Governor said that Sujan Singh Pathania will always be remembered for his service and contributions towards welfare of the society.
He has expressed his deepest condolences with the bereaved family members for this irreparable loss. Chief Minister said that Sujan Singh Pathania was an honest, dedicated and sober leader, who was always committed towards welfare of poor and downtrodden section of the society. He said that his contributions towards development of the State in general and for Kangra district in particular would be remembered for years to come.
Jai Ram Thakur prayed the Almighty to give peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss.
