CM flags off Cyclothon and Awareness Campaign Rally

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today on the occasion of World Bicycle Day flagged off Cyclothon and Awareness Campaign Rally at police ground Dharamshala which culminated at Youth Services and Sports Indoor Complex. Rally was organized by Dharamshala Smart City Mission.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister applauded organizing such event and said that this would help for spreading a message to make use of bicycles. Bicycle not only is a non-polluting two-wheeler but it promotes physical fitness also. He appreciated that youths were also participating in this event and it would go a long way to attract other youths.

Earlier, the Chief Minister listened to public grievances at circuit house Dharamshala.

MLAs Vishal Nehria, Arjun Singh, Arun Kumar and Jia Lal, Chairman Kangra Central Cooperative Bank Dr. Rajiv Bhardwaj, Mayor Municipal Corporation Onkar Nehria, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Nipun Jundal, Commissioner Smart City Mission Pradeep Thakur and S.P. Khushal Sharma were also present among others.
