Prof. Kalyan K. Sahoo, Vice-Chancellor, Arni University, Kathgarh in Kangra district called on Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar at Raj Bhavan today. He apprised the Governor about various courses and efforts being made for providing quality education, especially for skill development of University students. Chairman, Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Commission, Himachal Pradesh, Major General Atul Kaushik and Senior Journalist Dr. Shashi Bhushan were also present on the occasion.
