Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today paid rich tributes to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her birth anniversary by offering flowers on her statue at the historic Ridge Shimla.
Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj, Mayor, Municipal Corporation Shimla Satya Kaundal, Deputy Mayor Shalinder Chauhan, Councillors, Deputy Commissioner Aditya Negi, Commissioner MC Ashish Kohli and other prominent persons also paid homage to the former Prime Minister.
The artists of the Information and Public Relations department presented devotional songs on this occasion.
