Earthquake tremors in Himachal, magnitude 3.9 on Richter scale Tremors were felt in Kangra and Chamba districts of Himachal Pradesh. The epicenter of the quake was at a depth of five kilometers in Dharamsala in Kangra district and it measured 3.9 on the Richter scale. The tremors of the earthquake were felt in many parts of Kangra district as well as in Chamba. Many people came out of their homes after the earthquake. However, no loss of life or property was reported due to the earthquake.
