Jan Manch was organized in 10 districts of State today.
During this programme 622 grievances were received and most of complaints were disposed off on the spot. To contain the spread of corona virus all safety and precautionary measures were properly followed by district administrations.
District Chamba
Speaker Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Vipin Singh Parmar chaired over the Jan Manch held at Gram Panchayat Haripur in District Chamba.
Speaker said the State Government has accorded top priority to the upliftment of every section of the society for which the government has launched various schemes. He said that the State Government is determined for the balanced and equitable development of every area of the state.
During Jan Manch two complaints were received.
Deputy Commissioner Chamba D. C. Rana and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.
District Solan
Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj presided over the Jan Manch at Gram Panchayat Mamlig in District Solan. On this occasion as many as 83 complaints were received and 62 were disposed off on the spot.
During the programme 38 mutations were done and 45 persons were provided photo copy family register.
About 229 persons availed benefit of free health check up organized during the event.
Former Transport Minister M.N. Sofat, Former MLA Govind Ram Sharma, Deputy Commissioner K.C. Chaman and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.
District Hamirpur
Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Sarveen Chaudhary presided over the Jan Manch at Gram Panchayat Dhaned in Hamirpur district. During Jan Manch 57 complaints were received. Most of the complaints were disposed off on the spot and remaining were forwarded concerned departments for early disposal.
Sarveen Chaudhary also planted sapling under Ek Buta Beti Ke Naam scheme on this occasion. She also distributed 22 free gas connection to eligible women under Himachal Grihini Suvidha Yojana.
Medical camp was also organized during Jan Manch in which 98 people availed free medical check up facility.
On this occasion, Sarveen Chaudhary said that Jan Manch programme of the State Government has been proving boon for the people of the State in redressal of the grievances at their door step. She said that another such effort of the State Government, for redressal of grievances of the people is Mukhya Mantri Seva Sankalp Helpline 1100, which has been effectively redressing the grievances of the people of the State.
MLA Narender Thakur, Deputy Commissioner Debasweta Banik was also present on the occasion.
District Kullu
Education Minister Govind Singh Thakur presided over the Jan Manch organized at Manali Assembly constituency in district Kullu. About 95 complaints were received and 85 were redressed on the spot.
Education Minister said that Jan Manch was flagship scheme of the State Government which has gained popularity amongst people of the state for redressal of grievances at the door step.
On this occasion, the Minister gave Rs. 12 thousand each to nine girl child under Beti Hai Anmol Yojana.
DC Kullu Dr. Richa Verma, SP Kullu Gaurav Singh and other senior officers were also present on the occasion.
Kangra District
Under the Chairmanship of Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Rajiv Saizal, Jan Manch was organised at Dehra of Kangra District where 54 complaints were received out of them 40 were disposed off on the spot.
On this occasion, ten meritorious students were presented with cheques of Rs. five thousand each under Shakat Mahila Yojna and seven girl child were presented fixed deposits of Rs. 84 thousand under Beti Hai Anmol Yojna.
Health checkup of 460 people were conducted during the free medical camps organised by Health and Ayurveda departments.
Dr. Rajiv Saizal said that the State Government launched Himcare scheme for those families who were not covered under Ayushmaan Bharat to provide cashless medical treatment of upto rupees five lakh.
On the occasion MLA Hoshiyar Singh, former Minister Ravinder Singh Ravi and Deputy Commissioner Rakesh Kumar Prajapati and SP Vimukat Ranjan were also present on the occasion.
Bilaspur District
MPP and Power Minister Sukh Ram Chaudhary presided over Jan Manch held at Shri Naina Devi Ji of Bilaspur district. During this programme 41 complaints were received.
On the occasion MPP and Power Minister Sukh Ram Chaudhary inaugurated district level pulse polio immunisation drive by administering polio drops to the children.
Under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao programme four girl child were distributed rupees five thousand each and sapling of medicinal plant was also planted under the Ek Buta Beti Ke Naam.
During the programme 30 disability certificate, 30 Ayushmaan Bharat Care and four Himcare cards were also issued.
On this occasion MLA Shri Naina Devi Ji Ram Lal Thakur, former MLA Randhir Sharma, Deputy Commissioner Rohit Jamwal, SP Diwaker Sharma and other senior officers were also present.
Mandi District
Jan Manch was organised in Rewalsar of district Mandi. It was presided over by Forest and Youth Service and Sports Minister Rakesh Pathania.
During the Jan Manch Programme 132 complaints were received and most of them were settled on the spot and the remaining complaints were sent to the concerned departments.
During the Jan Manch 210 persons were given free health check up at the camp set up by the Health and Ayurveda Department.
Deputy Commissioner Rugved Thakur were also present on the occasion.
Una District
In District Una, Jan Manch was organized at Chintpurni Assembly Constituency, which was presided over by Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Rajinder Garg. During the Jan Manch 53 complaints were received and most of the cases were disposed off on the occasion.
On the occasion 12 beneficiaries were distributed free gas connections under Grihini Suvidha Yojana. About 102 persons availed free health check-up and 27 persons were given Health Smart Card.
MLA Chintpurni Balvir Singh, Vice Chairman HIMUDA Praveen Sharma, Deputy Commissioner Raghav Sharma and senior officers were also present on the occasion.
Shimla District
In Shimla district, the Jan Manch was organised at Gram Panchayat Karyali which was presided over by Chairman 6th State Finance Commission Satpal Singh Satti. As many as 73 complaints were received during the Jan Manch. 29 complaints were disposed off on the spot and remaining were sent to concerned department for speedy redressal.
Satpal Singh Satti distributed blankets to 10 new born girl child under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao scheme. He also inaugurated Pulse Polio campaign during the occasion.
Deputy Commissioner Aditya Negi and other senior officers were also present on the occasion.
Sirmaur district
In Sirmaur district, the Jan Manch was organised at Gram Panchayat Gorkhuwala of Poanta Sahib in district Sirmaur. Deputy Speaker Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Hans Raj presided over the function. As many as 32 complaints were received during the programme and most of them were disposed off on the spot.
In health camp organised on the occasion, around 350 people availed the facility of free health check-up and blood tests of 130 people were also conducted and distributed free medicines.
Deputy Speaker presented fixed deposit of Rs. 12 thousand each to ten girl child under Beti Hai Anmol programme.
Deputy Commissioner Dr. R. K. Pruthi, SP Khushal Chand Sharma and other senior officers were also present on the occasion.
